The shot-blasting process consists of cleaning and preparing the surface of parts to ensure a good adherence of the coating.

Ensuring the part is free of impurities allows us to conduct an in depth inspection and detect defects in the part at its origin. Thanks to a direct communication with the client we are able to solve incidents as they develop

The surface of parts are protected against corrosion by applying a coating in accordance with the client's specifications. The parameters of the necessary processes are controlled to ensure maximum quality is achieved.

Monitoring
We verify the results of the surface treatment by ensuring it meets specifications. We issue the corresponding quality certificate, which is a guarantee that our process has been carried out properly.

Packaging and dispatch
We individually adapt the packaging to the needs of each part and ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
